U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex, Ontrac, Amazon or UPS and are trackable with an estimated delivery of 2 to 7 business days depending on your location we are shipping to. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
International orders are traceable with an estimated delivery of 5 to 14 business days depending on your location we are shipping to.
We strive to serve our customers, if for any reason your order is less then amazing, please email us immediately so we can fix this issue.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number before sending a return and we will gladly assist you in the process. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned product's original cost and taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items need to be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments cost.
If returns are needed because of faults from N2 Makeup Co then we cover the costs. We will ship you a new one if the fault is from shipping damage.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be given once we receive the item and must be in its brand new condition with original packaging.
